Aw, Toaster looks so adorable in his Mets cap. Did he pass on his BoSox cap to Mailbox? So, KO retrieves his toast through the hole at the back of the cap? Makes for creased toast, I would think. A small price to pay.
Actually, Toaster has been spending so much time marching around the house — first in the Red Sox cap and now chanting “Let’s go Mets!” — that Bwana has given up on having toast for breakfast. Or lunch. Or dinner. At least until the post-season is over.
Now that you mention it, we’re not sure what has happened to that Sawx cap. Will have to put Candelabra on the case.

Dearest Mattress,
Admit it. You’ve been coy and non-forthcoming of late, and I don’t mean about baseball.
I shouldn’t hold it against you. After all, you’re probably working pretty hard about now, and perhaps you are actually feeling a bit worn out.
But you might as well admit it: you and Toaster and Candelabra and the rest of the gang are not alone there with Bwana anymore.
You know what I’m referring to. There’s a Bwanette. A Bwanette who forced Bwana to empty Mr. and Mrs. Closet just to accommodate her stuff. A Bwanette who makes TV Set play Project Runway when baseball games get rained out. In short, a Bwanette who is no doubt causing you a whole lot of extra grunting and groaning in the service of your master.
Isn’t this making life a little more stressful for all you guys? Or is it just a case of: if Bwana’s happy, you’re happy?
If so, boy, you guys have generous hearts.
