Toaster would really, really, really like it if Bwana could buy a piece of the Mets for him.

Fred Wilpon, the chairman of the New York Mets, said Friday that he was seeking “one or more strategic partners” to buy a portion of the team and offset the uncertainty created by a lawsuit seeking to recover hundreds of millions of dollars in the multi-billion dollar fraud orchestrated by Bernard Madoff.

But Bwana just lost his job and we have to watch our expenses for now.
